The Republican Party has been taking hits throughout their sham hearings with FBI agent Peter Strzok. They have tried to paint Strzok as some kind of biased Hillary Clinton insurgent, who investigated the so obviously corrupt Donald Trump, not because of the messy mountain of evidence against him, but because he doesn’t like Donald Trump. Not to be outdone in showing the world how utterly incompetent and stupid and intellectually bankrupt the Republican Party is, Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar stepped to the plate. Rep. Gosar is best known for being a conspiracy-loving, denounced by his own family, Republican oil shill who has sold out public lands to private oil drilling, and called the FBI and the Department of Justice treasonous. Just the ones investigating actual corruption, mind you. Well, Rep. Gosar wanted to defend the indefensible Trey Gowdy and maybe fix some of the shame Republicans across the world felt after Gowdy was shellacked by Peter Strzok earlier in the hearings.
Rep. Gosar: This morning I watched—by the way I'm a dentist. I read body language very well.
Wait. What? You’re a dentist? Note to self, don’t ever find yourself with a toothache in Arizona—the risks are just too high.
Rep. Gosar: I watched your comment with Mr. Gowdy. You got very angry in regards to the goldstar father. That shows me that it is a part of you and a bias.
No. That shows that like most warm-blooded mammals, Peter Strzok has both an aversion to Rep. Trey Gowdy and his bullshit haircut vanity, and also the basic human distaste for someone as unimpressive and corrupt and useless as Donald Trump attacking the father of fallen military personnel.
Mr. Strzok: I disagree. I don't know if you are saying this experience is like being at the dentist. I would tell you, what you see in my response is a genuine passion for the United States of America. What you see is the passion as a patriot.
Here’s a rendering of what the hearing looked like next. Emilia Clarke plays Peter Strzok in this re-enactment.
