I’m OK. You’re OK.
Vladimir Putin is a Sonofabitch!
But don’t except to hear that blunt assessment, from the Putin-Apprentice anytime soon ...
Back at the rally, Trump alighted on Russia and his upcoming summit with Putin.
“Putin’s fine,” Trump said per the New York Times. “He’s fine. We’re all fine. We’re people. Will I be prepared? Totally prepared. I’ve been preparing for this stuff my whole life.”

No kidding. Trump has been preparing to kiss Putin’s ass -- for at least 5 years now, and counting. Talk about over preparing for his ‘made man’ interview …

Trump tweets:

Even though he was strongly advised against it, occupant Trump could not resist personally congratulating his biggest 2016 booster, on his latest sham-filled victory …
Trump called Putin on Tuesday and congratulated him on winning a fourth term. The leaders also discussed a potential face-to-face meeting in the future.
The president has faced criticism from lawmakers on both sides of the aisle for the call. Election observers and Putin's political opponents have issued charges of widespread fraud in the election.
Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) called Trump's congratulations an insult to the Russian people and said that “an American president does not lead the Free World by congratulating dictators on winning sham elections.”

The product of corruption doesn’t fall very far from that corruption tree.
Nevermind that the Senate and just endorsed and confirmed the US Intelligence community assessment about that bad-apple Putin:
“There is no doubt that Russia undertook an unprecedented effort to interfere with our 2016 elections,” said Senator Richard Burr, the Republican chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, in a statement issued with Mark Warner, its most senior Democrat.
[...]
“The Russian effort was extensive, sophisticated, and ordered by President Putin himself for the purpose of helping Donald Trump and hurting Hillary Clinton.”

Nevermind all those Dark Money avenues that the Special Counsel is investigating, with the help of Trump Campaign insider Rick Gates. Unexplained Millions with ties to Russia, written all over them:
Several billionaires with deep ties to Russia attended exclusive, invitation-only receptions during Donald Trump’s inauguration festivities, guest lists obtained by ABC News show.
[...]
Several donated enough to the Presidential Inaugural Committee to qualify for tickets to a “Candlelight Dinner” in Washington’s Union Station on the eve of the inauguration, a perk for $1 million contributors, the list of attendees show. [...]
According to a source with knowledge of the congressional investigations, at least one oligarch was ushered into Statuary Hall in the U.S. Capitol for the traditional Inaugural Day luncheon, hosted by the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies — an event typically out of reach to donors and even most rank-and-file members of Congress.
[...]
Names on the guest lists of the Candlelight Dinner included Victor Vekselberg, the billionaire head of the global conglomerate Renova Group, who was later sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury “for operating in the energy sector of the Russian Federation economy,” and his American cousin Andrew Intrater. Late last year, Vekselberg was stopped at a New York airport by federal agents working for Special Counsel Robert Mueller and questioned, according to the New York Times. The Times also reported that Intrater was separately interviewed by the special counsel.

Nevermind the millions that were funneled into that “dimestore” Trump Inaugural … with nary an audit trail to comply with Campaign Finance laws ...
Back in April, CNN reported that the special counsel was investigating “whether wealthy Russians illegally funneled cash donations directly or indirectly into Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and inauguration” — and had even questioned some oligarchs directly.
These reports have broken in the months since former Trump aide Rick Gates agreed to a plea deal with Mueller’s team in exchange for his cooperation. That may not be a coincidence — Gates was heavily involved in planning the inauguration, with a Yahoo News report in 2016 calling him the “shadow chair” of the event.
Yet beyond just Russia, there have long been serious questions about the money behind Trump’s inauguration — and where, exactly, it went. Trump’s inaugural committee raised a truly astonishing $106.7 million, double the previous record set by Barack Obama’s 2009 inaugural. But what they did with it isn’t so clear.

Nevermind all that.
Because the secret-beneficiary of all those Russian “active measures” of 2016 … and the ultimate-payee of all those Russian Oligarch millions, has just proclaimed to the world:
“Putin’s fine,” Trump said “He’s fine. We’re all fine."
As if Trump were a King, and just saying it … Makes it So.
So nothing to see here folks … move along now … pay no attention to the on-going Trump-Putin “collusion” — er, I mean “Summit” … (tucked away safely behind closed doors).
Nothing to worry about here, nothing at all … America’s new Russia-ass-kisser-in-Chief has just assured us so.
