SEXUAL ASSAULT: What is overlooked by all the commentators I've read is that sexual assault starts with ASSAULT. Any sexual touching, groping, or "completion" that happens is another layer added on to the assault, physically and emotionally. Assault is illegal, but with a shorter statute of limitations. From this point of view, excusing this behavior is even more disgusting. Franklin Graham said K respected Dr Ford because he didn't complete the act, though by her account, it ended because the other witness jumped on them, not because of K's stopping. #Shame #PoorExcuse
