Kavanaugh caught in a really dumb lie to Senate Judiciary

The Kavanaugh Supreme Court hearings get more and more interesting as Democratic senator after Democratic senator refuses to adhere to Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley’s unilateral rule on confidential documents. Here’s one more of those “confidential” documents:

That’s certainly inconvenient for the nominee. And demonstrates just how arbitrary and obnoxious Grassley is being with these documents. There’s nothing in that email that reaches national security levels of importance.
