Exclusive to the Daily Kos. An interview with a famous architectural firm who wants to design and build the Infamous Wall of Trump
While many critics believe that the Great Wall of Trump will never be built, it is not widely known that the Trump Administration has already started a worldwide search process for vetting architectural firms to design and oversee the construction of The Wall. According to many experts, who have asked to remain anonymous because they are not authorized to speak on the record, presidential advisor and partner in crime Jared Kushner has been put in charge of the project.
According to an article in the English language Baghdad Post by world news correspondent Salaam Hassan, “Prestigious Iraqi Architectural Firm in Consideration for Trump Wall,” the famous Middle Eastern architectural firm of Abdul, Abdul & Abdul, which has it’s world headquarters in Baghdad, has been in contact with Homeland Security officials in the Trump Administration for at least several months and the firm has offered preliminary sketches and ideas as to the most effective methods of constructing a practical barrier that will eliminate the ability of would-be immigrants to cross the border illegally.
Here are some highlights of the interview by Hassan with President and CEO of the firm, Mr. Abdul Abdul, M. Arch., Oxford University.
Hassan: Are the rumors true that your architectural firm is being considered to design and oversee the construction of the Trump Wall.
Abdul: While I can neither confirm or deny the authenticity of those rumors, for obvious reasons, it would certainly be an honor to even be considered for such an important architectural landmark.
Done correctly, this will be, like the Great Wall of China, a 2000 mile long, man made construction that will be able to be seen from space. In my opinion, this will be one of the seven wonders of the modern world. It’s no wonder President Trump wants to construct such a landmark, whether or not it achieves it’s stated purpose.
Hassan: While you just said that you can neither confirm or deny the rumors, your firm recently sent out a press release touting those very statements. In fact, it is probable that your firm is the origin of those rumors about your firm being considered and the likely winner, of the competition to design and build the wall.
Abdul: Our firm has been one of the preeminent architectural firms in the Middle East for generations. Obviously we would be in consideration for such an important project.
Hassan: You failed to answer the question but let’s move on.
Abdul: OK.
Hassan: It’s true your firm has had some notable successes through the years. Most experts give your firm credit, for at least, designing the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, and also, inventing the concept of the pyramid, which your firm has been given credit for spreading through out the civilized world through your world wide system of allied partners.
However, your firm has also had some notable failures. The Tower of Babel and the Jericho Project comes to mind.
Abdul: Well, obviously, those were a while ago under previous generations of our family owned business. In both of those projects there was a rush to complete them, which in my opinion, contributed to the failure of both Nimrod’s Babylon Tower and Luxury Hotel and the Jericho Defensive Wall System, or the JDWS, which was state of the art at that time. If we are fortunate enough to win the Trump Wall project, we will certainly ensure the Trump Wall is both earthquake and ram’s horn proof.
Our firm has shied away from tower projects for the last few millenniums, but, I have to say, we would be interested in participating in designing and being the prime contractor for the construction of the Trump Tower Moscow project, if the parameters are acceptable to us.
But I can’t emphasize enough, the scientific evidence on ram’s horn vibrations was not as extensive then as it is today, our firm has been the world wide leader in researching, updating and publishing the latest scientific discoveries in destructive or harmful animal horn reverberations and or vibrations. For obvious reasons.
Hassan: That’s good to know. Not to belabor the point, but does your firm really believe that you do have up to date scientific data that would say, for example, the wall you design and hope to build for President Trump will be collapse proof if the wall is attacked by, say, long horn cattle horn vibrations.
Again, are you confident that you can build a wall that is not vulnerable to long horn cattle’s horns if they are used to attack the wall. Has your firm and your various scientific partners and consultants actually tested the destructive power of long horn cattle horns, because, that will be the most likely animal horn attack on the Wall, not so much ram’s horns. Or even long horn sheep horns.
Abdul: I can assure you that we have done the background scientific investigation and we feel confident that the wall we would build for President Trump will be impervious to all animal horn vibrations even when accompanied by loud human shouting and human foot stomping by human’s of whatever religious background or heritage and even if accompanied by a mild local earthquake. Which, some of our experts and scientific consultant believe was the primary reason, an earthquake that is, for the failure of the Jericho Defensive Wall System, As I said, the JDWS was state of the art during that era.
As the designer and prime contractor of the JDWS, I believe it is safe to say our firm has long since learned the lessons of the past, and that we are the most expert, uh… experts, as to the matter of animal horn attacks on defensive wall systems.
Moreover, not to change the subject, it’s true we were not the primary architect or contractor for the Great Wall of China, the GwoC, But, as one of the preeminent defensive wall firms in the world in that era, we certainly were consulted from the beginning of that project, and I can say that we were vital contributors to the success of that project.
To prove it, we have the original clay tablet records in our Corporate Headquarters library here in Baghdad and you can also read the details in the Chinese archives.
Hassan: Thank you, Mr. Abdul
Abdul: Thank you for the opportunity to set the record straight.
