Ukraine was still perhaps the largest single issue this week, with Bill Taylor’s testimony to congress revealing yet more evidence of Trump attempting to push a quid pro quo. However there was plenty of competition. On the foreign policy front the Trump administration facilitated a coup in Bolivia. Meanwhile, leaked emails revealed that Trump adviser Stephen had explicitly pushed white supremacist stories and racist narratives during the 2016 election.
