Wow.
Watching a typical NFL Thursday night football game in which the overly long time losing Cleveland Browns finally got a win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, only to have the last second play of the game erupt in a fight where Miles Garrett, (whom I do respect as a player) did the unthinkable of striking Mason Rudolph with the helmet he took off of his own head.
The NFL has gotten really good at recognizing when something bad has happened…
“in all my years I’ve never seen anything like this”
just listen to these interviews following the play..
Baker Mayfield quickly identified this as an indefensible play on the field.
No question. An illegal action.
“What is enough punishment for this action?”
The NFL may come away with a better sense of what the penalty of doing something wrong is than the US Senate regarding Pr#sident Donald Trump….
IF NFL players can see and respect the ACTUAL evidence better than the US Senate…. what does that say about our democracy?
