Next time you are in a quiet conversation with a Trump supporter, please patiently point out that IMPOTUS has not kept his Number One Campaign Promise. George Conway points out that exactly three miles of new-structure border wall has been built in three years. Here is his Mr. Conway’s tweet issued today on the matter:
THREE brand new miles of new wall in just THREE years!! No president has ever accomplished anything close!! Thank you, Mr. President!! Best president ever!! #MAGA #IMPOTUS

“Morgan said that 93 miles of wall had been built so far during the Trump administration. At least 90 miles of that replaced existing structures, according to CBP figures—although Morgan argued during the briefing that all barriers built under Trump should be considered ‘new.’” https://twitter.com/reuterslegal/status/1207057342543646720…
This observation was based on reporting in the New York Times last week that even the Trump Administration spokesman estimated that 93 miles had been built under Trump but 90 miles of that 93 replaced existing structure:
WASHINGTON — . . .
"Our goal at the end of 2020 was 450 miles," Mark Morgan, acting commission for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, told reporters. "It's hard right now to be able to say whether we're still going to be able to meet that goal, but I'm confident that we're going to be close."

Trump also promised that Mexico would pay for the wall. Come on, Mexico: You can pay for three miles, no? Great campaign slogan: Three Miles in Three Years! Three Miles in Three Years! Three Miles in Three Years!
