According to NBCNews (three sources), although Allen Weisselberg obtained limited immunity from the Southern District of New York for giving testimony against Michael Cohen to a grand jury, he has NEVER cooperated with Feds against Trump or Trump Org., and is still gainfully employed at the company.
Cohen brought up Trump Organization Chief Financial Officer Allen Weisselberg several times when discussing the hush-money payments Cohen made to women who claim past affairs with Trump — affairs the president has repeatedly denied.
Weisselberg received immunity to testify before a federal grand jury in New York during the course of the investigation into the payments,

Some news outlets have suggested Weisselberg's testimony means he is cooperating with federal probes involving Cohen, the president and the Trump Organization. But three people with direct knowledge of the matter tell NBC News that
Weisselberg is not cooperating, has never been a cooperating witness, and has provided limited details in the course of his testimony.
A person close to the Trump Organization tells NBC News that Weisselberg is still with the Trump Organization and defends Trump and the company.
Apparently, Weisselberg was given the okay by Trump to go after Cohen full bore. And Cohen is very aware of this. It could be why Michael seemed to relish saying Allen’s name so often yesterday, implicating him in the conspiracy to launder funds, and financial fraud, etc.
Also keep in mind that conspiracy to commit, is much worse than merely committing a crime, and is treated thusly by the courts.
I’m relaying this because this is someone who likely had a DIRECT effect on getting Cohen put away.
Cummings et al should still get Weisselberg in for questioning, but they should treat him as a hostile witness.
He is no friend of the House, or of the American people.

Looks like the House Intel committee wants to have a chat with Allen. As well as Mr. Cummings.
But Weisselberg is uniquely positioned to address questions about financial transactions or relationships that concern potential foreign leverage over Trump – which new intelligence committee chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) has indicated for months that he intends to investigate. Trump famously called any effort from Special Counsel Robert Mueller to look into his finances a “red line” that would trigger Mueller’s firing, and Schiff has stepped into the gap.
[…] And earlier this month, Schiff substantially expanded the probe’s focus from what it was under Republican management. Schiff announced that the committee will investigate whether “any foreign actor” holds leverage over Trump, his family, associates or the Trump Organization, including financial leverage; and whether they were at any time at risk of or vulnerable to “foreign exploitation, inducement, manipulation, pressure or coercion” – as well as if Trump and his team have acted, while in government, “in service of foreign interests.”
[…] The intelligence committee’s interest in Weisselberg is unlikely to affect the oversight committee’s similar interest. Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-Md.), the chairman of the oversight committee, indicated Thursday that Weisselberg was among witnesses named by Cohen whom the panel would likely move to interview. A representative for Cummings did not immediately respond to an inquiry, but a different Democratic staffer said the committee still plans on calling Weisselberg in.
