Trump's big economic lie fact-checked in real time

Donald Trump’s ZzzQuil-inspired State of the Union speech includes most of what you expect from a man who lies at a rate that could power the Hoover Dam. Here’s was one of Trump’s lies of the Union.

Trump: We are considered, far and away, the hottest economy in the world. It's not even close.

Tennessee’s Democratic Rep. Steve Cohen points out that this isn’t true.

“Even the troubled Greek economy posted stronger growth.” Trump will always lie about this because he must always protect his biggest lie: he has made America worse than it was when he came into office. Everything he does, every step he has ever made in our country, has demeaned the ideals of our country and accentuated America’s worst flaws.
