Yesterday, we had a match-up between a newly-declared candidate (John Hickenlooper) against a one-time nominee for the president (John Kerry). Why John Kerry? It’s from the Rolling Stones poll back in January or February; he was one of the “undecided” people, and I needed 24, so there we go. The match ended with an overwhelming “Neither”, or a 0-0 tie.
In other news, Michael Bloomberg has announced he is not running for president. Great; more forfeits.
And in even more news, Jeff Merkley is not running. That effectively means that Group C is complete, meaning we’re going to be finishing up a little faster.
Today, it’s Match 11, from Group E:
Amy Klobuchar vs. Cory Booker
Both are declared, right? It’s hard to keep up. :)
Remember, you can vote for one of the candidates, Either (if you like them both), or Neither.
Anyway, remember to vote, and feel free to tell your friends about this. :)
Oh, I’ve relisted the scoring guide, below. And, I’ve indicated which candidates are either undeclared, or definitely out.

Scoring
Each team will receive a score based on the integer value of their percentage of vote divided by 10. You can vote one, the other, Either, or Neither. "Either" and "Neither" are considered ties; the score of the game will be the score of the higher-placing candidate if either, and the score of the lower placing candidate if neither (NOTE: I screwed up on this one, and need to go rescore some of the games).
For example, Obama beat Clinton 39%-29%, with both getting 29%, and neither getting 23%, the final score would be Obama 3, Clinton 2. If the votes had been Either 60%, Obama 21%, Clinton 19%, Neither 0%, the score would be Obama 2 Clinton 2.
Wins are worth 3 points, while a tie is worth one.
