I have a faulty memory so I could remember this incorrectly. Or I could have missed the result when it was reported (though I doubt that). I think I remember that there was a hearing of some kind to determine if the Deutsche Bank would have to honor a subpoena and release documents connected to a loan they made to Drumpf or the Trump Foundation or some entity connected to Drumpf. It was even rumored that the loan documents would show Russian oligarchs as co-signers.
I remember it as in the works and the hearing coming to an end.
Were there ever any results released? Does the Deutsche Bank have to provide the documents? All of them? To whom? Will they be made public or are they classified in some way?
Why have I heard nothing more about it?
I have been waiting to hear. I would really appreciate having definitive proof one way or the other as to what really took place. No other bank would give the Drumpfs a loan; why did Deutsche Bank?
