It’s not that Trump said this which surprised me:
Trump: “Do you think Sleepy Joe could have made this deal, Bibi, Sleepy Joe?”Israeli PM Netanyahu: "Uh ... well ... Mr. President, one thing I can tell you is we appreciate the help for peace from anyone in America." pic.twitter.com/LU02tEOXtK— The Recount (@therecount) October 23, 2020

What surprised me was that someone in charge of deciding what goes out to the public on his YouTube channel knew it was egregiously inappropriate enough to edit it out.
Trump’s Pathetic Attempt to Get Netanyahu to Attack Biden Falls Flat
Donald Trump offered a public performance of the abuse of office he was impeached for last year, this time as farce.
Trump’s own aides appeared to be aware of how embarrassing it was for him that Netanyahu refused to take up his invitation to attack Biden, because they edited out his question when they posted video of the Israeli prime minister’s answer on the president’s official YouTube channel.
Once again a world leader played Trump’s narcissism like a fiddle. Giving credit where it is due, Netanyahu quickly realized that he had to massage Trump’s ego and not alienate the person who was likely to be the next president.
Even Fox News, albeit in a subtitle, recognized that there is a political aspect to this:
Trump announces peace deal between Sudan and Israel, says more nations will normalize relations
Sudan is the third Arab state to do so as part of U.S.-brokered deals in the run-up to Election Day
Only one person visible in the room behind Trump was wearing a mask and there was no social distancing. Trump also mocked a reporter for wearing a mask using a line he no doubt thinks is clever.
President Donald Trump mocked a reporter for wearing a face mask on Friday as new cases of COVID-19 reached near-record heights. Trump mocked Reuters White House correspondent Jeff Mason for practicing the preventative measure in a crowded Oval Office while speaking about Iran on a conference call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. "This is Jeff Mason," Trump said. "He's got a mask on that's the largest mask I think I've ever seen, so I don't know if you can hear him." Newsweek

I suppose Jeff Mason even outdid Joe Biden. Remember that Trump said this during the first debate: “He could be speaking 200 feet away ... and he shows up with the biggest mask I've ever seen."
I can't wait until Trump loses and people who worked behind the scenes come out from hiding and reveal how often things Trump said or tweeted made them cringe. There are a number of terms when searched along with Trump bring up interesting results. Trump and malignant narcissism is one of them. So is the word cringe.
