As further evidence of the high levels of enthusiasm in this year’s election season. a third state has just reached the magical milestone of surpassing their entire 2016 voting totals during the early voting cycle (mail-in plus early in-person). Following the trail blazed by Hawaii and Texas, Montana has now registered 510,645 returned mail-in ballots, which exceeds the 497,147 votes cast during the 2016 election. Big sky indeed.
Not sure what that means exactly. It’s not likely to move the needle for the national ticket, but it has to be good news for Steve Bullock.
Congratulations, Montana, on a job well done.
