Digby has the goods on this new “free speech” social platform called Parler, and it appears that Trump supporters unhappy with Big Brother on Twitter are running to this social platform to air their many grievances. And one of there many grievances is that Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue are not doing enough to overturn the GA election results. Yes, overturn the election results and have Trump declared the winner. The nice people on Parler are calling for a boycott of the upcoming Georgia Senate races.
Supporters of President Donald Trump have called for a boycott of the crucial Georgia Senate runoff elections in a move that threatens Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's plan to restrain President-elect Joe Biden.
The two Georgia runoff elections, scheduled for January 5 with early voting starting on December 14, will determine control of the Senate, meaning Biden's ability to push through a Democratic agenda under his first term. But a number of pro-Trump Republicans have taken to Parler, the "free-speech" social media platform, to discourage members of their own party from voting.
Screenshots shared by reporter Marcus Baram showed Trump supporters invoking a conspiracy theory about "rigged" voting machines to urge a boycott of the upcoming elections in Georgia. "Don't vote! Don't be part of the corruption" one post read.
"DO NOT VOTE IN THE GEORGIA RUNOFFS, THE DEEP STATE WILL BE COLLECTING EVERYONE'S INFO. THIS IS A CHARADE, MEANT TO IDENTIFY PEOPLE WHO DON'T VOTE DEMOCRAT," another user wrote. "STAY HOME. OSSOFF AND WARNOCK ARE A SMALL PRICE TO PAY."..
"THE ONLY WAY OUR VOICES GET HEARD IS by #boycott the vote," one Trump supporter wrote on Parler.
"#WALKAWAY FROM RINOS BRAIN KEMP AND BRAD RAFFENSBERGER. BRAIN AND BRAD THINK THEY CAN USE DOMINION VOTE MACHINES TO ELECT CRAZY WARNOCK AND LIDDLE JON OSSOFF. IF ALL PATRIOTS BOYCOTT RIGGED #GASEN ELECTION, THE SUPREME COURT WILL ORDER A REVOTE! #ElectionFraud #KAG #HoldTheLine," another added.
Seems those Dominion machines somehow stole the election in GA from Trump. And Brian Kemp and Brad Raffensberger are in on this scheme. Therefore, to restore balance to the Universe, Loeffler and Perdue must do everything they can to overturn the GA election results. And the threat against them is no votes from Trump supporters. Therefore, Loeffler and Perdue only have a small window of opportunity to prove their loyalty to Trump and his suppoters.
From what I have seen on CNN, Parler’s only rule is no cussing. Otherwise, there is no fact checking, and you can say anything you want, especially if it is about RACE. And it is not like FaceBook. It is more like Twitter. And more importantly, it was started by the Mercer’s. You know them. The billionaires who love Trump!
I’m not sure if this threat is real, but starnger things have happened. And crazy shit like this spreads on social media like a plague of locusts. This could be fun, or it could turn out to be a dud.
