So a million years ago or last fall or when ever, I saw a trailer for the movie Dolittle (2020). Robert Downey Jr. is Dr. Dolittle and I know he has been or is troublesome. But the trailer I saw had part of the Tiger Therapy Scene.
The trailer, that I can not seem to find now, had just the part with the tiger chasing the little white light. And so I investigated whether or not this really would/could happen.
Seems to be a mixed bag but if you are interested there is a wee rabbit hole to go down regarding big cats and chasing laser lights. And naturally I have the red kitty laser light for my boy Maverick and his sister Misty. I am also training the two of them in harness walking outside here in the mountains of southern Vermont. Usually we, sometimes three, take our short walks around noon. But now we have some snow on the ground and Misty is not a fan. And then this happened last night.
I asked Maverick if he wanted a WALKIE WALKIE around 9 pm. He agreed and outside we went. He is about 8 months old and is still deciding if he likes or is willing to accept the snow. He hopped up on a barrier stone we have in the yard and he began gazing about. His stare got stuck upwards and I thought he was enraptured with a bird or squirrel or the like as it seemed like he was tree branch mesmerized. And then I remembered it was night and everyone else was in bed. So I followed his sight line and gazed upwards too.
We were both looking at a plane, at night, with that little red light flashing. And we both watched it travel across much of the night sky long enough for my husband to notice. This is making me smile as I type.
Really nothing else to say. Just a moment for you and I to leave the chaos of, well, everything.
Stay Safe.
