In the process of working on this for over a half hour I felt myself getting more and more anxious. My heart was racing, I got nauseous, and I had the sense of impending doom. This was the classic start of an anxiety attack.
I had to stop for an hour and then when I calmed down I was able go back and fine tune the image to erase the part of Ms. Liberty which was visible over Trump;s shoulder.
I know Trump can't have his portrait on US Currency, at least not until he is dead; but I wonder if he can order it to be put on US Treasury checks.
The Secretary of the Treasury always his their signature on US currency.

The question about the legality of using photo manipulation aside from trying to make counterfeit money seems to be open to debate when it is for political purposes. It would seem that if done for political purposes it would come under the First Amendment.
I remember seeing the racist President Obama food stamps but missed him being photoshopped onto a $3 bill wearing an Arab keffiyeh.
I am calm now. Depressed as hell, but at least calm.
