We are donating Face Shields to tribal clinics in Oregon.
For this Earth Day we recognize that the land we sit on (in Portland, Oregon) rests on traditional village sites of the Multnomah, Wasco, Cowlitz, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Bands of Chinook, Tualatin, Kalapuya, Molalla, and many other tribes who made their homes along the Columbia River creating communities and summer encampments to harvest and use the plentiful natural resources of the area. They were the original stewards of this beautiful land.
Currently, tribal health clinics are struggling to cope with the coronavirus outbreaks on First Nation lands. They are in real need of PPE and funds.
Join us in donating face shields to help protect workers at the health clinics.
For Earth Day, all orders at toastmade.com over $25 automatically donate one face shield.
Additionally, you can simply purchase face shields to be donated for only $5 each.

We are working with NARA (Native American Rehabilitation Association) to get these distributed to the 9 tribes in Oregon.
If you are interested in the why Toast is making Face Shields and how that has gone so far, here is the most recent diary I wrote about it:

Thank you!
