In an interview tonight, on MSNBC, of Minneapolis Councilwoman, 8th district, Andrea Jenkins, said that both George Floyd and the officer who killed him, Derek Chauvin, both worked security at a Mexican Restaurant and Club, “El Nuevo Rodeo “, which was 2 blocks from the now torched Police Station.
Andrea Jenkins Interview
In another series of articles. on the same subject, in the Daily Mail, the owner of the club at the time, Maya Santamaria, was interviewed and provided some interesting information. She said that Chauvin worked security outside and George worked security inside the club. She said that there were about 20 security people (re: bouncers) in that group and she was not sure if George and Chauvin knew each other. Personally, I would tend to think that they interacted at times and must have known each other. Just sayin’. She also had a very interesting impression of Chauvin:
According to Santamaria, Chauvin had a tendency to flash his temper and overreact to situations.
'He sometimes had a real short fuse and he seemed afraid,' she said.
'When there was an altercation he always resorted to pulling out his mace and pepper spraying everybody right away, even if I felt it was unwarranted.'

Did they know each other? Councilwoman Jenkins is convinced that they did. Further interviews with other security personnel would give us more information. And if they did, this adds a whole new dimension to this situation.
Doing some research on this, I came upon a video of George’s arrest which I have yet to see in the media. It is very interesting. It shows George being forcibly removed from his vehicle by two officers and immediately cuffed, before he even cleared the car’s door. So, almost instantaneously from his exit of his vehicle, George Floyd was restrained, under control, and presented no threat whatsoever during the entire situation. There was also another man in the vehicle, who exited from the passenger side. We have yet to hear from him. The two cops then dragged/pulled George away from his vehicle, without any struggle. In the highly redacted body cam video, you can tell that the cops had placed two people, sitting on the sidewalk, backs against a building. There is no video yet showing him/them pulled up from his sitting position, with his hands restrained behind his back, and taken over to the transport police vehicle.
And this is how these bastards treat a guy who may have had a lousy counterfeit $20 bill.
