Of all the cities you have lived in, which is your favorite?

I've been lucky enough to have lived in many cities in the US. I'll group all the metro Detroit cities into one....from my time spent from being born to having left in 94 for grad school and now being back for disability.

I lived for a month in Fort Lauderdale...then grad school in Jacksonville, AL., then Hattiesburg, MS. I then lived in Houston for my post doc and research positions... and then to Lawton, OK. I lived in the suburbs of Chicago as well as Sun Valley, ID.

Far and away Houston was my favorite. It had huge diverse populations....I loved Chinatown as well as downtown's little Vietnam. The museum district was beautiful and the people great. 

I know Houston is not for everyone...but I love it.
