As you can see on past diaries, the goal is to find positive outcomes with “actionable intel” on how to get them. Here I use a different method than yer olde new agey stuff. I actually go to facade.com to read stuff. For many reasons, but the one I want to highlight is that my reading here is just for fun, motivation and food for thought
I’ve skipped 2 weeks. I’ve been busy in RL, but here is this week’s reading in a nutshell
TL;DR Your wish will be granted. Success, accomplishment, and satisfaction will soon enter your life. But first we must overcome a demagogue bent on destroying our “house”. And we will overcome the crisis with the sweat of our brows: our skills and labor. We will work our tails off to science and art the shit out of this crisis!
The demagogue we must overcome, any guesses who might that be ? As we saw on the prior reading it won’t just be Trump. Our own neighbors and family will surprise us, painfully. We will feel betrayed and it will take a lot of energy and misery to get to this victory. It took me a while to get past all the rattling warnings about how this next couple of weeks will be stressful. I’ll talk a bit more about it on the end of the reading. For now let’s look at the light at the end of the tunnel, shall we ?
Spread, Celtic Cross

The card not shown but at the center of the cross, represents the atmosphere surrounding the central issue. Panfilio (The Magician), when reversed: Trickery, demagoguery, and artful deceptions. The use of knowledge and skill for selfish gain or destructive purposes. The abuse of technology. Incompetence and uncertainty. A lack of will power. A fatal flaw in a great work.
Here the Tarot is plainly talking about Trump and Russia. Abuse of Technology ? Russia. Breaking USPS. Trickery, demagoguery, deception for selfish gain ? Trump. Destructive purposes ? I’d like to think it’s just Putin hoping to destroy our institutions and mire America in endless division, but it could also be conservatives, at least some of them, who would rather break America rather than lose an election. But there’s also Incompetence and uncertainty. They won’t succeed. The fatal flaw in a great work ? I’m thinking here how the US constitution, electoral college and checks and balances all depend on having honest people who are capable of being shamed into acting properly… That to me is a fatal flaw in the great work. What do you think ?
The card visible at the center of the cross represents the obstacle that stands in your way — (Ace of Swords), when reversed: The seed of defeat - perhaps as yet unseen. A challenge met with the invocation of force, leading to disastrous results. Reason and intelligence misdirected or cast aside, resulting in injustice and falsehood. An excessive power abused. May suggest new ideas or information with dangerous implications.
Injustice and Falsehood stand in our way ? Well DUH! Trump’s words have been nothing but falsehood, same as his people… He is actually getting his voters reason and intelligence cast aside, effectively nullified. Power abused ? Tell me about it! But watch the last sentence: New information with dangerous implications This isn’t the first time we hear about it, last reading here we had “The revelation of a painful truth” This is the betrayal that will come to light and gut us all. Those news will be painful to the extreme. But we will be victorious. The next card tells us a very positive outcome:
The card at the top of the cross represents your goal, or the best you can achieve without a dramatic change of priorities. 9 Anfore (Happiness): Contentment and satisfaction in romance, friendship, or other relationships. Achieving your deepest desires and savoring beauty. A state of joy and abundance radiating fulfillment and bliss.
I don’t have anything to add, things will be good, we just have to hang in there and we can achieve happiness. Another tarot describes the 9 of wands as: Your wish will be granted. Success, accomplishment, and satisfaction will soon enter your life and that is the best outcome that awaits us. The sky is the limit.
The card at the bottom of the cross represents the foundation on which the situation is based. 7 Anfore (Temptation): Daydreams and things seen in the glass of contemplation. The scattering of energies by strong desires and unrealistic goals. The pursuit of illusions and the dissipation of energy on false choices. Intoxication, delirium, and hallucination, leading to the negation of effort. Under rare and extreme circumstances, may indicate the revelation of transcendental spiritual truth.
Pursuit of illusions, delirium, hallucination ? That is the Q conspiracy theories that are gripping Trump and his voters. Intoxication is there too, I’m sure many recognized one or two RNC delegates giving speeches coked up out of their minds… Daydreams, strong desires and unrealistic goals? Trump’s people talk about 12 years of him, Nobel prize and a new Mount Rushmore head... Which is working to our advantage, they are dissipating their energy in those pipe dreams and negating their efforts in keeping the WH
The card at the left of the cross represents a passing influence or something to be released. Regina di Mazze (Queen of Wands), when reversed: The dark essence of fire behaving as water, such as steam: Someone who will do anything to the be the center of attention. A seducer who calculatingly dons the guise of what others desire. A cocky and domineering person, who pushes anyone or anything aside to get what it wants. One who is vengeful and quick to take offense without good cause. May indicate infidelity and contempt for a relationship.
The Tarot has a “queen” here but it is clearly describing Trump, our resident WH Drama Queen. Trump will do anything to get attention, is cocky and domineering, likes to push people and is vengeful and petty in the extreme Trump is also known for his infidelity and contempt for a relationship This is who needs to be “released” by America, to get to our happiness. Anyone disagrees ?
The card at the right of the cross represents an approaching influence or something to be embraced. Mario (The Emperor): Worldly authority and power. Social mastery and oratory. One who is intelligent, experienced, confident and reasonable. A patriarch or primary male influence. The motive force of politics and society. The ability to fulfill plans and use mental control over the emotions.
What America needs to embrace to achieve happiness? A leader who is intelligent, experienced, confident and reasonable and has the ability to fulfill plans and use mental control over the emotions I think both Biden and Kamala fit the bill here. They will lead US out of darkness
The card at the base of the staff represents your role or attitude. 3 Dischi (Works): The commencement of business, commercial transactions, or employment. The constructive use of creative talents, and the expression of artistry in workmanship. Skill and labor turned to the crafting of things of value. Using the conventional as a medium for expressing the exceptional, in order to build something of great renown and glory.
What do we do to help ? We work our tails off to science and art the shit out of this crisis! Artists will have to constructively use their creative talents and skill Scientists will turn their skill and labor to the crafting of things of value. We will all use our leftie artsy fartsy brains to express artistry in work, to build something of great renown and glory.
The card second from the bottom of the staff represents your environment and the people you are interacting with. Re di Spade (King of Swords): The essence of air, such as a clear blue sky: A mature leader of unwavering ethics and indisputable authority. An incorruptible judge, whose devotion to the law cannot be swayed by emotion or material concerns. Perfect clarity of thought, directness of action, and eloquence of speech. One who, like a great general, inspires not love or devotion, but absolute trust and loyalty.
I think this says that we will need — and get -— the military, Never Trumpers and honest Republicans on our side. People who value the rule of law and not money or emotion. We heard of this leader on our next to last read Rada Houngan (King of Swords) and this is what I read then: This could be a Republican or the SCOTUS or the military or someone else. Whoever it is, it isn’t clearly in our favor but it has unyielding ethics, is incorruptible, has perfect clarity of thought and is a mature leader. Which means NOT TRUMP or anyone remotely connected to Trump. It is also someone / something powerful, forceful and respected. This leader will side with us/ help us.
The card second from the top of the staff represents your hopes, fears, or an unexpected element that will come into play. 5 Dischi (Worry), when reversed: Concern over finance leads to prudent action. Impending physical threat is met with calm and skill. Suffering and loneliness leads to spiritual growth. Stress is met without resorting to excess or the pursuit of oblivion.
As I said above, this new revelation and betrayal we are witnessing in live TV is painful! The pandemic is making us all feel lonely.. Suffering and loneliness leads to spiritual growth but while we are doing the growing they hurt like heck! Prudent action while not even sure your job is going to be there is a no brainer — if you have a brain that has not been infected by the Fox and the Q virus! Fox tells their listeners all is well so are they being prudent ? Prez tells them to go shop, they go. But we need to be wary over finance Also, we need to keep our heads and make sure Stress is met without resorting to excess or the pursuit of oblivion. , i.e. We need to stay sober(ish) and reality based instead on jumping in to a Q like conspiracy ourselves, no matter how much you want to escape this awful reality where 180,000 are dead because of a bunch of NY mobster brats and their brat in chief. No sweet oblivion for us, alas. We need to get working and using our skills and creativity.
The card at the top of the staff represents the ultimate outcome should you continue on this course. Catulo (The Hierophant): Faith in tradition and the old school. A justified and ancient source of power. Being supportive, sympathetic and loyal. Receiving instructions, learning, guidance or inspiration. The ability to hear a higher or inner voice. May also indicate a religious ritual, such as a marriage or an initiation.
So yeah, Victory and Happiness at the end, power, we will learn stuff and be better people. I don’t know about you but while we are “green coffee beans” being pounded and roasted to be transformed into this new “coffee” thing, it doesn’t feel so great. But they say it’s worth it and we will be victorious. And the alternative is so bad we don’t want to even consider so… Hang in there, work hard, stay healthy and stay safe. We will win and it will be glorious. Remember that

PS: Caution Even without all the new age stuff, Tarot isn’t easy. And has it’s risks The trance states needed for Tarot reading are not as benign or forgiving as meditating or mindfulness. Reading Tarot too often / without practice might mess up with your neuro-chemistry..
PPS: I did do some work on why are the Trump voters so angry, and at least per the Tarot the answer is a beauty: They blame us liberals for GW’s failures… I’ll post more about it later in the week
