After allowing Putin to fund the slaughter of U.S. troops...after saying our soldiers are "losers" and "suckers" and that M.I.A. troops should be left to die because they "deserve what they got"...after his campaign conspired with Russia to attack the 2016 election...and after we've learned they're doing the same thing again, even more brazenly, in 2020 - the Trump campaign recently ran a digital ad asking people to “support our troops”.
The image used Russian MIG-29 Jets and a Russian soldier, carrying an AK-74.
Ruslan Pukhov, director of the Centre for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies in Moscow, confirmed that the planes are Russian MiG-29s, and also said the soldier on the far right in the ad carries an AK-74 assault rifle...The ad first appeared on Sept. 8 and ran until Sept. 12.
The Trump campaign did not respond to a request for comment. The RNC declined to comment.
