Lauren Opal Boebert, 34-year-old firearms enthusiast, covid-restrictions refusenik, QAnon sympathizer, somehow or other brand-new newly-sworn-in member of Congress from the third district of Colorado (western slice of the state), and electoral-vote rejecter, tweeting on Wednesday:

Boebert was already notable for having filmed herself apparently walking around DC with a concealed pistol in violation of the law. 

I guess the gun was not too useful Wednesday.

I’ve been following this guy, John Scott-Railton, working to crowd-source IDs of the most dangerous insurrectionists based on publicly available photos and video. Two fingered by this means, who entered the House gallery bearing zip-tie handcuffs, have already been arrested.

He posted this today:
