Riley June Williams, 22, of Harrisburg Pennsylvania has finally been apprehended. A tipster had informed the FBI she had stolen a laptop or hard drive from Speaker Pelosi’s office with the intention of passing it to a Russian “friend” who could sell it to Russian Intelligence. After her assault on the Capital Williams deleted her social media, changed her phone number and fled.
It has been confirmed by video footage and photos that Williams was one of the terrorists that assaulted the Capitol and that she had specific knowledge of where the Speaker’s office was located. Also confirmed is a Laptops was stolen from the Speaker’s office, but it was only used for presentations.
She is charged with illegally entering the Capitol as well as violent entry and disorderly conduct. She has not been charged over the laptop allegation and the case remains under investigation, per the DOJ.

YES even if she failed to obtain information that would benefit an enemy nation her intent to do so makes her guilty.
No Unless we are certain she actually stole the laptop from the speaker it is just an acusation.
Plea deal so she can provide information on how she was radicalized, her contacts in russia and her fellow terrorists
