Arizona GOP censures Cindy McCain

The Maricopa County GOP has voted to censure Cindy McCain, with the full Arizona GOP scheduled to vote on the censure resolution on January 23rd. They charge that she had the gall to defend her husband, Senator John McCain, from Trump. They also say she’s a drug addict and a radical liberal in disguise who supports “globalist” (aka Jewish) policies. I will not link to the vile document here. Joe Biden won Arizona and the Democrats now hold both of the state’s senate seats. But let’s attack the head of the most beloved political family in Arizona. Apparently the state GOP wants to have no chance of beating Senator Mark Kelly in 2022. 

PHOENIX — The Maricopa County Republican Party voted Saturday to censure Cindy McCain after she endorsed Democrat Joe Biden for president in the November election.

The resolution, greeted by cheers when it was debated, passed by a 4-1 margin among the roughly 1,400 party activists gathered for the meeting at Dream City Church in Glendale.
