Pacific Northwest
Started snowing last night, still going currently, here at midday. To say the feeders are busy is an understatement. Fortunately not too cold for hummer feeders (2 are out), 31° at 11am.
.
Busy below on the roof too
❄️
Feeder mostly under eaves
❄️
Snow about a foot deep in the yard. Fountain in upper right has an immersion heater, kept it thawed during the cold weather earlier
.
Snowing over much of western Washington currently. This from moist air coming off the ocean meeting cold air from continental Canada.
Blue=snow, green=rain
WEIRD - Wind circling around the Olympics. Fraser outflow still operative.
❄️
OPEN THREAD: your turn
