Kindly explain why it is necessary to cut a child's hair on the school property, during school hours WITHOUT CONSENT FROM THE PARENT(S)!!!
I emphasized that part in bold capital letters because that happened.

The reason I am angry about this is because a little girl named Jurnee is sad because her hair was cut without her mother's or father's consent.
In December of 2009, a teacher cuts off a girl's braid with the beads in front of her classmates because she was playing with her beads.
In Texas, a young man was made to fill in parts of his haircut with black permanent marker to avoid in school suspension.
In Texas, a student was barred from graduation for refusing to cut his dreadlocks.
A Kansas cheerleader was removed from her team for wearing braids and a bonnet to practice. And unfortunately yes, there are claims of racist rants because of the braids.
When I hear stories like this, I know in my heart of hearts it's time to push for the CROWN Act.
I support this legislation not only for Black men and women who wish to groom and care for their natural hair; it's also for the kids.
Not every human being wants to put chemicals into his or her hair. I get that. Not every human being is born with straight hair.
Natural hair deserves loving care, not policing.
Consent policies are necessary before taking matters into your own hands.
