To honor the 100th Anniversary of the Tulsa Massacre and meet with survivors and descendants, and visit the Greenwood Cultural Center, the President has traveled to Tulsa today.
Denise Oliver Velez wrote “The 1921 Burning of Black Wall Street is finally being called what it was: a massacre.” Please read, if you haven’t already done so.
Yesterday morning ian douglas rushlau shared that the Root has published a compilation of their stories about Tulsa.
