There’s no reference to resting b*itch face in the advertisement so I decide to look it up and discovered it is a real “thing” with it’s own Wikipedia entry.

I am not sure whether under normal circumstances Rudy has an RBF since I can’t find many photos of him actually resting.
Most of the photos a web image search turn up show him with expressions that are decidedly unflattering.

I rather doubt that there are practical ramifications to Rudy having his law license suspended in New York for the man who used to be referred to as America’s Mayor since there’s no way he’d ever have occasion to practice law there. However what will probably get to him the most is that he now can be called the law license suspended former lawyer to the twice impeached former president.
