“Palin is suing the paper over a 2017 editorial she says falsely linked her to a mass shooting in Tucson, Arizona. @nytimes apologized for the editorial at the time. https://t.co/UH0mSh2mk3— Barbara Malmet (@B52Malmet) January 24, 2022

In 2010, Sarah Palin created a target list with crosshairs of a gun sight over Congress members’ districts. While that campaign may not have been directly related to the Tucson shooting, she helped create today’s culture of political threats and violence. https://t.co/DtvuKqvqj6— Shannon Watts (@shannonrwatts) January 23, 2022

Judge Rakoff says he learned last night that Palin has tested positive for COVID. “She is, of course, unvaccinated,” the judge notes.
Palin’s 10:15 test is a “rapid PCR,” and she’s supposed to get results in 15 minutes to an hour, apparently. Rakoff says they’ll handle motions in limine during the wait and then let her test result determine whether the trial will be delayed.— Jane Wester (@janewester) January 24, 2022

After saying she would get vaccinated "over her dead body," Sarah Palin tests positive for #COVID19, potentially delaying the start of the trial in which she's suing the New York Times for calling her a reckless idiot whose words could harm people. https://t.co/mKduO3zX6a— Richard Hine (@richardhine) January 24, 2022
