Outgoing Arizona Attorney General Brnovich had ruled that a law on the books from before Arizona became a state completely outlawed all abortions in Arizona was valid. This ruling from Brnovich has just been overturned by the Arizona Appeals Court. As such as of now abortions can occur in Arizona up to 15 weeks are allowed. Although this is not ideal, it is better than nothing. Here is the ruling.
