I was trying to watch a movie the other day about wolves, radioactive wolves. I didn’t get far though because I had 2 little yippy dogs here who keep barking all through it. They jumped off the couch and sat in front of the TV, staring and barking.
I was surprised by that because I’ve been binge watching some TV show with the logo of a wolf howling at the end of each episode and none of the dogs here ever bark at that.

Put a real wolf on the screen and boy do the dogs bark. 6 minute clip
This isn’t the movie I watched. I couldn’t find any clips from that one; “Radioactive Wolves: Chernobyl’s Nuclear Wilderness” but you can find the whole movie on line. I got my copy from the library.
I was brought to this from a story about tons of stray dogs in Chernobyl that were being adopted out. That got my attention. There are a lot of video’s out there about this topic. I’m sticking with the PBS Nature documentary series. I don’t need any weirdo mutant stories to grab my attention.
Whole Movie
That led me to a story about The Radium Girls. I can’t wait to watch the movie, as soon as I can find it, the library doesn’t seem to have it. I may need a break for a bit anyway. This is a lot to think about.
