It’s Tuesday, which means Joan McCarter is on her way, which also means it’s time for us to take note of the fact that the government didn’t shut down. I think.

I mean, I’m pretty sure I would have heard about it if it did. But then again, I’ve only just now realized that all I really know for sure is that I haven’t heard anything, so you’ve gotta figure that means there’s still a government.

After all, if there wasn’t, who would be in charge of worrying about what’s happening in Ukraine? Just a bunch of regular individuals? Please! Regular individuals want to watch The Bachelor, or whatever. And yet there is no shortage of worrying about Ukraine. Therefore, government exists.

It may not be the soundest logic ever, but it’s no horse paste. So I f-ing win.

Not everything on this show has to be complicated, you know.
