Update 1:35pm — LoL Biden just said Putin “isn’t much a student of history.”

Update 1:37 — Biden speaks directly to the people of Russia. He doesn’t think any of them are in favor of bombing children, etc…he describes similarities to WWII and earlier. Says this is exactly what the Russian army is doing to Ukraine now. “This war is not worthy of the Russian people.”
