A Republican gubernatorial candidate in Michigan capped that by being arrested for his role in the Jan. 6 insurrection. As predicted, white Americans are now dying from COVID-19 at greater rates than other Americans, and it's because white Americans have been inundated with Republican pandemic denialism.
