Since it’s officially baking season, I thought I’d explore the spice cinnamon.
I’ve read that the only “true cinnamon” comes from Sri Lanka, but the most common producers are China, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka. Most of us probably have imposter cinnamon in our spice cabinets.
