Here’s their “debunking.”
For months, the left-wing media have been lying outright to their audiences about the status of President Biden’s corruption scandal. Despite heaps of documents, damning statements from multiple witnesses, and sworn testimony from whistleblowers, journalists are still claiming with alarming frequency that there is “no evidence” Biden was involved in an influence-peddling scheme as Vice President.
We shall consider each of their substantive points over the flip.
Consider this (far from exhaustive) list of the evidence we’ve seen just from this past year:
- More than 20 LLCs, which were established by Biden family members and their associates, have transferred an excess of $20,000,000 between foreign nationals and at least nine of Biden’s relatives.
Having an LLC isn’t evidence of a crime, it’s evidence of doing business. If you need one for business or tax purposes — you can get one, it’s perfectly legal. Trump has about 500 LLCs and business entities, we should lock him up for that right now.
Making $20 Million is also, not illegal. Let’s remember that Trump made $160 Million from foreign sources while he was in the White House. Jared and Ivanka made $640 Million while working in the White House.
How much did Hunter Biden make while working in the White House?
Oh, yeah. nothing.
- These transfers generated at least 170 suspicious activity reports from banks, which were submitted to the IRS. The figures are also backed up by thousands of pages of bank records.
Ok, and how many of those reports led to a referral from the Treasury dept for charges for a financial crime?
Was that zero, again? Yeah, I thought so.
- A credible FBI source, who has worked with the agency for more than 10 years, has alleged that there exist at least 17 recordings of Joe and Hunter Biden discussing business with Burisma executives while Biden was Vice President.
Has anyone heard any of those recordings? Does anyone have even a transcript?
Have you read the letter to Rudy Guiliani from Mikola Zlochevsky — the head of Burisma and the alleged source of this so-called “bribe” — stating that no one at Burisma had any conversations or contact with Joe Biden? He also stated that “Hunter Biden was innocent” of the allegations against him.
Ultimately, Giuliani was not satisfied with the answers he got back on July 7, 2019. Asked, for example, whether Joe Biden, while vice president, had ever assisted Zlochevsky or Burisma “in any way with business deals or meetings with world leaders or any other assistance,” Zlochevsky replied curtly: “No.” Asked to detail any contacts he had with Joe Biden from 2013-2019, and whether Hunter ever facilitated any meetings, Zlochevsky replied: “No one from Burisma ever had any contacts with VP Biden or people working for him during Hunter Biden’s engagement.”

- Hunter Biden’s former business partner Devon Archer testified under oath that then-Vice President Biden spoke with Hunter’s business partners at least 20 times on speakerphone between 2008 and 2016.
Deven Archer also testified that Joe Biden never discussed business with Hunter or any of his partners in those 20 phone calls. He stated that they mostly exchanged “pleasantries” and discussed “the weather”.
Q -- have you ever been privy to Hunter Biden calling his father around other either potential business investors or other foreign nationals who Hunter Biden or you may have been trying to work with or were working with?
A Yes.
Q Can you please tell the committee about that?
A Again, it's -- as far as specifics, we can talk about it. But, you know, Hunter spoke to his dad every day, right? And so in certain circumstances, when you're in -- you know, if his dad calls him at dinner and he picks up the phone, then there's a conversation. And the, you know, the conversation is generally about the weather and, you know, what it's like in Norway or Paris or wherever he may be. But that was -- yeah, that happened
[...]
Q Do you recall other times where Hunter Biden placed his dad on speakerphone?
A In you know, a dinner -- a dinner in -- with BHR, with Jonathan Li.
Q Where was that dinner
A In Beijing, at, you know, some restaurant -- or Chengdu or something like that. I don't remember the -- I don't remember specifics. This was just -- it was not -- it was like a, you know -- especially with the time zone difference, there was -- you know, there were meetings where his dad would call and he would be talking to him or put him on speaker. I'm not going to -- you know, that's -- that happened.
Q And with the phone call with Jonathan Li, do you recall what was said while VP Biden --
A Yeah.
Q -- was on the call?
A I mean, on any of the specifics, like, from a blanket perspective, it was always, you know, what's the -- you know, not necessarily the weather, but, you know, there's no -- there was no -- and I think you have to understand that there was no business conversation about a cap table or a fee or anything like that. It was, you know, just general niceties and, you know, conversation in general, you know, about the geography, about the weather, whatever it may be. But just on -- as far as, like, a blanket for all of them, let's just go with the -- there was not a specific time that I witnessed a, you know, specific business deal or business dealings or, you know, specifics about any kind of financial stuff

- The National Archives has identified 5,400 emails from Biden’s Vice Presidency, which show him using pseudonyms to communicate government information to his son Hunter’s investment firm.
People involved in the Presidency or Vice Presidency often use pseudonyms. Trump’s Secret Service pseudonym is “Mogul.” Biden’s code name is “Celtic” which he also used as VP. Obama was known as “Renegade.” Hunter called his dad “The Big Guy.”
Exactly what “government information” are we talking about here? How exactly did Hunter’s company take advantage — if any — of that information? What deal did he make based on that information? Was any of that information classified?
Using a pseudonym is not illegal. Sharing public information is not illegal.
This. is. nonsense.
I’ve stated this below in response to a comment about Hunter filing a lawsuit over this.
[Hunter] already has sued Guiliani and his former lawyer [as well as John Mac Isaac for violating his privacy], and the fact is that Guiliani received the letter from Zlochevsky that already said they never spoke to Biden and that Hunter was innocent of the allegations.
Rudy’s reaction to this reportedly was “We need to bury this” — so that does show ACTUAL MALICE for him to promote the opposite for so long.
I wrote a diary about this in July when I saw a tweet mentioning that Lev Parnas had informed James Comer about the Zlochevsky letter, plus he also stated he was told that the FSB and Russian Secret Police had gained a copy of Hunter’s laptop after he was partying with Khazaksan minister of foreign affairs and became incapacitated, and that — according to a Burisma exec who also got a copy — there was “no evidence of financial crimes” on it.
Anything people claim that’s “fishy” about it now is probably because Rudy and Steve Bannon have been tampering with the data for years now. So it’s not just revenge porn — it’s (probably criminal) fraud.
I figure not everyone reads every diary I write (although one person recently informed me that he did) so it bears repeating.
