Open windows have claimed another victim in Russia.

This time it was someone who handled the money for the Russian military.

Nothing suspicious about that, right?

And that other guy who committed suicide? Just a coincidence, right?

Marina Yankina, head of the financial department at Russian ministry of defense, was found dead.

She fell out of a window.

Russian officials either need to learn how to fly or live on the first floor.
