Customer service online is as available as Republican intelligence. Both are remote and involve no humanity.
I’m not sure that either even work. Microsoft referred me to numerous options where I could get service, but nobody was home. First rule out phone, email, and the blond mystery bot, that replies “What do you mean?” There are volunteers available to answer a question. So far they are all sick, sleeping, on a sabbatical, or dead for a week. Not even an undertaker named Mitch.
There was a spark of hope. There was a live chat solution, supposedly, so I fired it up. Very quickly, I was looking at a live person. It was me on the screen, so if I was to get anything I didn’t know from myself, I couldn’t change my mind. That’s what ideology is for, not for telling one an answer, but how to think you thought of it yourself. Ultimately, I fixed the computer problem myself by putting the Windows disk into the reader and let it run. The make shift boot disk did the job without formatting everything to oblivion. Drawing on myself, I saved a couple of hundred dollars.
Thinking and risking did it. Not thinking and relying on guessing makes one a fool, like the one in the picture. I understand if you use your disk drawer for a beverage holder, it works
