- He was always planning on suing, now he just has to countersue, which is way easier since, in the words of one commenter, the police officers have doxxed themselves.

If you are a police officer raiding the house of a B-list rapper known for carrying a bong on stage, and most famous for this song. . .
You might expect to find sum, ummmm, weed during your raid. Not so, however, if you are members of the hapless Adams County Sheriff Department, who discovered no weed, a bunch of CDs and clothing, a lemon pound cake and some cash, of which they stole $400, which they miscounted by $400. Little did they know that they had been recorded, and that they would be subject to the one thing that Keystone Cop egos cannot handle — ridicule, which Afroman has hilariously dished out:
The police have now completed their descent into self satire, by, suing Afroman: s3.documentcloud.org/…, for amongst other things, “False Light Publicity”. Per the complaint:
“As a result of Defendants’ actions, Plaintiffs have been been subjected to ridicule, even in the further performance of their official duties, by members of the public who have seen some of the Defendants’ above-described postings. In some instances, it has made it more difficult and even more dangerous for Plaintiffs to carry out their official duties because of comments made and attitudes expressed towards them by members of the public.”
We all weep for them, surely. Long live the Streisand Effect!
