And just like that the Trump Organization is no more. One foot in the grave and one foot on the proverbial banana peel. The party is over, and New York Attorney General Letitia James has made the former President and his sons, vagrants, without any visible means of support. All of their New York state licenses have been declared null and void by the court.
Kind of tough to be in the Real Estate Business without a Real Estate license or even a business license. The Trumps can’t even legally sell hot dogs in front of Trump Tower. Of course, Trump will appeal, but that only buys them some time.
Trump and family have been found guilty of Fraud. Of overinflating values of their properties to obtain loans and undervaluing them to avoid taxes. Don the con even going so far as claiming his own 10,000 square foot condo was 30,000 square feet. Holy Smokes, 30,000 square feet for three people? Yes, I live in a condo in New York City larger than a shopping mall. Go big or go home!
That last whopper will make all appeals futile. A Real Estate developer who doesn’t know how big his own house is? GUILTY!
Donald Trump, as would be expected, cried like a child dropping an ice cream cone in the sand. “My Civil rights have been violated, and some Appellate Court, whether federal or state, must reverse this horrible, un-American decision,” yeah, yeah, yeah. We’ve heard it all before, Trump appealing to his low IQ cadres with his famous battle cry, “They’re picking on me!”
Trump calls it, “A very sad day for the New York State System of Justice!” There is a clear example of Trump’s projection for you. Trump’s business is deballed and says it’s a sad day for New York. Mr. Trump didn’t elaborate on how exactly or why his rights had been violated. Knowing in advance, his low IQ cultists needed no explanation and wouldn’t understand one anyway. But it’s really very simple, Trump is out of business. And as the old saying goes, no bucks, no Buck Rogers.
Good luck trying to finance new ventures. Good luck trying to refinance old ventures. The Trump Organization has been pulled out of the ground by its roots. Trump and his company and his company’s officers have been found guilty of FRAUD. Guilty of defrauding banks and insurance companies and most of all the state of New York. It means nothing to the hoosters in the hustings, but the banking industry will take a much more hard-nosed approach.
The Judge wrote, “In defendants’ world: rent regulated apartments are worth the same as unregulated apartments; restricted land is worth the same as unrestricted land; restrictions can evaporate into thin air; a disclaimer by one party casting responsibility on another party exonerates the other party’s lies.” “That is a fantasy world, not the real world.”
The prosecutors had considered criminal charges but decided this was enough. Yes, enough, Because there are monetary penalties to consider. The state is asking for $250 million dollars in civil penalties. That would put crimp into a Presidential campaign.
Trump’s attorneys asked the judge to throw out the case on the grounds that the public wasn’t hurt. Just banks, insurance companies and the state of New York. As is now become so common as to be considered standard practice for Trump’s legal team. The judge pointed out that he had considered all of these issues before and compared it to the film “Ground Hog Day.” The five Trump attorneys were sanctioned to the tune of $7,500 each for “engaging in repetitive, frivolous” arguments. “Wanna try me again fellas? I didn’t think so.”
For the size of the ruling, it has gone barely noticed by the media. Reported on but eclipsed by Trump’s other criminal prosecutions. But this is the beginning of the end for Donald Trump. Out of business is out of business. Suspicions have run high that Donald Trump had lied about his personal wealth based on Trump’s history of lying about everything. We will all soon find out the scope of Trump’s wealth.
The battle is over, and Trump has lost it. Don the con must try futile long shots now just to save himself from the jaws of the law. It’s now official; Donald Trump is a convicted criminal. Next stop; Bankruptcy court! For sale: 30,000 square foot condo with gold toilets and lots of mirrors. Must see to appreciate! All reasonable offers considered, must sell!
In a tense hearing, Trump’s attorneys asked for clarification of the judge’s ruling. Will Trump have to dissolve the whole shebang? Sell all the assets? Are you ready for the punchline?
Will Donald Trump Jr. and his brother Erc have to move out of their daddy supplied free condos? Grown adult children living in their daddy’s basement. Seems to me, I remember hearing something about Hunter Biden using his father’s position to advance himself? But Hunter doesn’t live rent free, in daddy’s building, does he? He doesn’t have a title and make work job for his daddy, does he?
Don Jr. and Erc might soon find themselves homeless and unemployed. Armed with a sterling resume.’ “While I was running my daddy’s business, the company was found guilty of fraud by the state of New York. And we had to shut everything down and pay a big fine.”
Former Speaker of the house Paul Ryan says, if Trump is the Republican nominee the Republicans will lose. Trump has one foot in a bucket now and is hobbled by it and will be whittled down to nothing by it.
The party's over
It's time to call it a day
They've burst your pretty balloon
And taken the moon away
It's time to wind up the masquerade
Just make your mind up the piper must be paid
The party's over
The candles flicker and dim
You danced and dreamed through the night
It seemed to be right just being with him
Now you must wake up, all dreams must end
Take off your makeup, the party's over
It's all over, my friend
The party's over
It's time to call it a day
Now you must wake up, all dreams must end
Take off your makeup, the party's over
It's all over, my friend
It's all over, my friend
