It’s been another busy week for VP Kamala Harris, carrying out her Vice-Presidential duties, laying out her economic and immigration policies, conducting more interviews and speaking at fundraisers.
Monday (Sep 23,) Vice President Kamala Harris met with His Highness President Mohamed bin Zayed of the United Emirates.
Tuesday (Sep 24), VP Harris did interviews with the NBA podcast, “All the Smoke” (aired Monday (Sep 30) and going to go ahead and put it here) and with Kate Archer Kent of Wisconsin Public Radio.
Wednesday (Sep 25), VP Harris spoke to the Economic Club of Pittsburgh, at Carnegie Mellon University, where she laid out her plans for A NEW WAY FORWARD FOR THE MIDDLE CLASS.
She got an unusual greeting at the airport:

Thursday (Sep 26) Vice President Harris met with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine.
Later, Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden delivered remarks before President Biden’s signing a new Executive Order on combating emerging firearms threats and improving school-based-active-shooter drills.

Friday (Sep 28) VP Harris was in Douglas, Arizona, where she visited the U.S.-Mexico border, receiving a briefing from John Modlin, Chief Patrol Agent, Tucson Sector and Mr. Blaine Bennett, Douglas Border Patrol Agent in Charge.
After her briefing, VP Harris spoke at Cochise College, Douglas Campus, laying out her plans to secure the border, disrupt the flow of fentanyl into the US and fix our immigration system.

Saturday (Sep 28) VP Harris spoke at a fundraiser held at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, California. There’s no video of the event but here are a couple of local reports.
Sunday (Sep 29), VP Harris spoke at a fundraiser in Los Angeles, California and held a rally, at the Expo at WorldMarket Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
On her way from LA to Las Vegas, Vice President Kamala Harris received a briefing on Hurrican Helene.

Monday (Sep 30) Vice President Kamala Harris was scheduled to make two campaign stop ins in Nevada, but changed her schedule, returning to Washington, DC in order to attend an emergency response meeting at FEMA Headquarters, on the impacts of Hurricane Helene.
