Here we are 5 days out from the election and let's see what the Pollsters are saying. There is a 55% chance of Trump winning but Kamala could win in a landslide. It could be very tight in the electoral college, but we could see one candidate or the other getting well over 350 EVs. Woman are voting overwhelmingly for Harris in Pennsylvania and make up 55% of the vote but she is on the verge of losing PA. Trump has alienated Puerto Rican and other Hispanics who are fleeing him in droves, but he is doing very well in Latino strongholds. Harris is up 5 in one poll, but Trump is up 5 in another poll and both polls have a plus or minus 3% margin of error.
I think that all of these Pollsters should be hired for the 3 off election years as weather forecasters.
“As you get ready to go to work tomorrow let me give you the forecast so you know how to dress. There is a 75% chance of rain. It could be heavy or maybe a light shower But we also have a 60% chance that it could be sunny and warm with a high in the 80s. Then again, just so you are prepared, we have some models predicting a temperature in the 30s with the possibility of snow showers.
And out in the Atlantic we see a bit of a storm brewing and we will have to keep an eye on it. Right now, there is a 52% chance it could develop into a hurricane but a 60% chance that it may not. If it does there is a 80% chance it could hit somewhere between Texas and Louisiana but 40% chance it could change course and hit either the Atlantic coast or possibly Southern California. It is hard to predict because we cannot anticipate a weather surprise between now and when you wake up in the morning.
So, we hope you have enjoyed tonight's forecast and take our recommendations and predictions seriously as you prepare for work tomorrow”
