Explain it to me like I'm a five year old.

Our system says… if you’re a convicted felon you can’t vote for president, but you can be elected president.  If we ever retire the electoral college everyone will finally see how liberal this country really is. Since 1992 Republicans have only won the popular vote one time. Seven of the last eight presidents would have been democrats.
