Preznit dumpface and company want us to feel hopeless and depressed. They want us to feel traumatized. Vought was specifically talking about federal employees he wants axed under the odious Schedule F, but — make no mistake — he was also talking about anyone who opposes the orange stain:

We want [people] to be traumatically affected,” he said. “When they wake up in the morning, we want them to not want to go to work because they are increasingly viewed as the villains …

… We want to put them in trauma.

Why in the world would you want to help them accomplish this?
