The biggest problem from election day; voter apathy. Turns out many people simply chose to stay home in a “pox on both their houses” grand gesture. This is the biggest cohort of people responsible for the orange nazi. Fuck you. You freeloading assholes. I hope you enjoy the outcome. I would add to this list, the professions and institutions that refused to endorse a candidate or endorsed the monster: The police ( Trumpies) and fire-fighters union (Neutral), the Teamsters (Neutral). Congrats on the coming vast erosion of our Labor Laws. The police especially are not my friend, FUCK every last one of them. Jeff Bezos you space-bound worm ( Prime is deleted as of yesterday; should have been done a long time ago.)
Other demographics have been mentioned, who turned on Harris--all incomprehensible to me. It also turns out many Arabs in Dearborn Michigan did ultimately pull the lever for Jill Stein, or Trump.
I generally would not purport to lecture anybody about what is fundamentally a personal choice, especially given those non-voters were ultimately pivotal putting shit-head in the WH.
(Full disclosure: i voted for Ralph Nader in 2000 and got a ton of shit for it. And still do.)
However: I will not forgive the dip-shits whose actions knowingly sent a known fascist madman into office to teach Biden and Harris “a lesson.” This was an own goal of epic proportions: at base, the emotional outburst of privileged American assholes, who imagine the grim complex reality in Gaza, can be altered with the speed of a TV clicker. I am horrified for what is happening to your cousins in Gaza, but you- you are simply American asshats.
(And I am sorry to say it, but no small part of this population probably could not stomach the thought of a Jewish, First Husband in the oval office. I would expand that idea outward to the rest of America as well. We live in a deeply, deeply hateful place.)
Though I am sorry your families will suffer for your asinine actions, fuck you and your pride. As a responsible adult, you should have used your reasoning to figure this out, but it is what I have come to expect from many of my fellow Americans. Jill Stein ( a Putin fan) will no doubt protect you from the mass deportations, or the next viral plague that wipes us all out.
