A (revoked) one shot independent view of almost certain futility.

LOL… I literally had this big dissertation written up about how your side can avoid this sort of feeling in the future and win consistently… I tried the same thing for the right in 2012, for the left in 2016, for the right again in 2020, and now back to the left in 2024… never works, and sometimes I even get banned because I post outside the echo chamber when everyone is in a terrible mood. Nobody on either side cares what anyone in the middle thinks, except to the degree that they might be able to be converted to what all of you think (which is ironically why the elections keep moving on a pendulum that both sides hate). 

So instead, I’ll just give my condolences. I’m sorry that all of you have to feel such despair… I try to help people avoid this, but I can’t bring people off a hill that they are going to die on, and I’m not going to die on the same hills as them, so it is what it is. I feel for all of you. Despair is a terrible thing.
