The 2024 national elections were the institutional Ds to lose. They managed to do it again.

Citizens can parse, argue, lament all we want. It does not and will not matter.  Go for it - vent. 
 

Maybe we might learn the lessons this time. History suggests otherwise though 

All i know today is come January the regressively obsessed christofascits are apparently slated to control all three branches of national government. 
 

That is a hell of a thing to leave my and everybody's kids and grandkids. 

I’ll most likely time out before the next presidential election, maybe before the midterms. But that's biology so no complaints. 

What a tragic mess we have made of our nation. It is not a matter of fate or the will of the gods or new age nonsense. We, collectively, chose our path every step of the way. No amount of denial can change that. Ancients said the worst fate in hard times was bearing the memory of the better times Or something along those lines. 

 I'm in no hurry to check out or give up the fight by any means. But damn …
