Two msnbc pieces that stood out for me

1. Alex Wagner went to Detroit to meet with union members. I was surprised especially as she talked to many younger members, most of them indicated no preference or opinion.

these union members are the natural democratic base, and yet they said things like “I have to do my research”. I am pretty sure that guy never did his research.

And then they had a female union member saying she was pro life.

if we are not reaching and winning these , then I am not sure what we are doing.

2. her name is Alexa Ramos? She did a piece on the growing Protestant movement within Hispanics and she wrote a book on it too. This movement within the Hispanic community seems critical. If the Hispanic margin drops many points, that itself can lose the election.
