They haven’t taken me away yet! But I do have a cold that’s laying me low. Terrible timing!

Today is the twenty-fourth Friday that Donald Trump has been a convicted felon.

It’s now 19 days until what I presume would have been Trump’s re-re-scheduled sentencing.

And it’s still 43 days until the government next runs out of funding.

I thought about running a show from this time of year, but back in 2016. That could have been a helpful reminder of having been here before and survived. But I ended up thinking that might be too much of a downer. We’ll carry on with regular order, then, and air our November 8, 2023 episode instead.
